چکیده
A major threat to the successful growing of tomatoes and peppers can be occurrence, introduction or spread a large number different quarantine pathogens, which is why strict application internationally accepted phytosanitary precautionary control measures irreplaceable in preventing harmful organisms. These pathogens are one main threats for worldwide production apple, as well domestic one. In accordance with current legal regulations, this paper presents an overview 12 whereby specific full names synonyms their distribution, hosts, symptoms, biology method transmission distribution given, special emphasis on suppression.

Development of a Multiplex PCR Method to Detect Fungal Pathogens for Quarantine on Exported Cacti.
Major diseases in grafted cacti have been reported and Fusarium oxysporum, Bipolaris cactivora, Phytophthora spp. and Collectotrichum spp. are known as causal pathogens. These pathogens can lead to plant death after infection. Therefore, some European countries have quarantined imported cacti that are infected with specific fungal pathogens. Consequently, we developed PCR detection methods to i...

A real time PCR assay conjugated with the fluorescent SYBR Green I dye has been developed for rapid, sensitive and quantitative detection of 'Ca. Phytoplasma pyri', 'Ca. P. prunorum' and 'Ca. P. mali', quarantine members of apple proliferation (16 SrX) group. The selected primers amplify specifically a target of 217-bp fragment from the 16 Sr gene region of the 16 SrX group and not from any oth...
متن کاملSuppression of Specific Apple Root Pathogens by Brassica napus Seed Meal Amendment Regardless of Glucosinolate Content.
ABSTRACT The impact of Brassica napus seed meal on the microbial complex that incites apple replant disease was evaluated in greenhouse trials. Regardless of glucosinolate content, seed meal amendment at a rate of 0.1% (vol/vol) significantly enhanced growth of apple and suppressed apple root infection by Rhizoctonia spp. and Pratylenchus penetrans. High glucosinolate B. napus cv. Dwarf Essex s...
متن کاملControl of postharvest pathogens and colonization of the apple surface by antagonistic microorganisms in the field.
ABSTRACT Selected isolates of Aureobasidium pullulans, Rhodotorula glutinis, and Bacillus subtilis reduced the size and number of lesions on wounded apples caused by the postharvest pathogens Penicillium expansum, Botrytis cinerea, and Pezicula malicorticis. Combinations of the antagonistic microorganisms were applied to apple trees in the field late in the growing season of two consecutive yea...
